Aergo Capital Announces the Sale of Two Airbus A320-232 aircraft to ORIX Aviation

29 December 2025 – Dublin, Ireland: Aergo Capital Ltd. (“Aergo”) announces the sale of two (2) Airbus A320-232 aircraft on behalf of Raptor Aircraft Finance I Limited 2019-1 to ORIX Aviation. The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial numbers 6535 & 6594, are on lease to Vueling.
