Jackson Square Aviation Begins 20-Aircraft Sale-and-Leaseback Program with IndiGo

Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) has delivered the first Airbus A320neo aircraft to IndiGo under a 20-aircraft sale-and-leaseback agreement, marking the start of a delivery program that will continue through 2028.

The transaction expands the long-standing partnership between the lessor and India’s largest airline, supporting IndiGo’s continued fleet growth across its domestic and international networks. The agreement covers 20 new-generation Airbus A320neo aircraft.

JSA said the A320neo’s improved fuel efficiency and lower CO₂ emissions align with IndiGo’s sustainability objectives while providing the capacity needed to support its ongoing expansion.

The milestone reinforces Jackson Square Aviation’s role as a key fleet financing partner for IndiGo as the carrier continues to build one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing narrowbody fleets.
