Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has finalized an order for 75 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft, marking the largest aircraft purchase agreement in the lessor’s nearly 40-year history.
Deliveries are scheduled between 2032 and 2035, extending ACG’s narrowbody aircraft delivery pipeline into the middle of the next decade. The agreement includes conversion rights between A320neo Family variants, allowing the lessor to adjust its future fleet composition according to airline demand.
The new commitment increases ACG’s outstanding A320neo Family orderbook to 115 aircraft. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 118 aircraft from the family in its existing fleet.
ACG said the investment supports its strategy of expanding its portfolio of new-generation narrowbody aircraft, with demand driven by airline fleet replacement and capacity growth requirements.
The transaction also extends ACG’s relationship with Airbus, which began with the lessor’s first direct aircraft order from the manufacturer in 2007.
The A320neo Family offers fuel consumption and carbon emissions reductions of up to 20% per seat compared with previous-generation aircraft, with engine options supplied by CFM International and Pratt & Whitney.
ACG did not disclose the financial value of the order or the initial allocation between A320neo and A321neo variants.
