Binter Orders Five Additional Embraer E195-E2 Aircraft

Binter has placed an order for five additional Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, further expanding its regional fleet and strengthening its long-standing partnership with the Brazilian manufacturer. The agreement also includes purchase rights for four more aircraft.

The E195-E2 has become a key part of Binter’s network, supporting services between the Canary Islands, mainland Spain and other regional destinations. The airline said the aircraft’s combination of operating efficiency, range and passenger comfort has made it well suited to its route structure.

Binter’s E195-E2 fleet is configured with 132 seats in a single-class layout featuring Embraer’s 2-2 seating arrangement, ensuring no middle seats. The aircraft also offers reduced fuel consumption and emissions through new-generation engines, advanced aerodynamics and updated onboard systems.

The latest order marks Binter’s fourth commitment for the E2 family, reinforcing its strategy of operating a modern, fuel-efficient regional fleet.
